As an executive, Amer has guided major businesses in expanding their brands through strategic licensing, merchandising, retail, events, and franchising, managing regional operations across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.


As the Founder and CEO of Markettcom, a boutique brand licensing agency, Amer drives global brand expansion in the Middle East and Africa.

 

Amer's expertise in brand licensing, content localization, and intercultural management has led to the development of cutting-edge tools and approaches for seamless integration into new cultural environments.


Amer authored the acclaimed book, "Bedouin Visual Leadership in the Middle East: The Power of Aesthetics and Practical Implications" (2020), which explores the impact of visual discourse on leadership in Bedouin Arabia and the broader Middle East.

 

This work provides a profound understanding of how public images shape effective leadership strategies.


Amer's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Business Administration from Bradford University (UK), an Executive MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal (Canada), and graduate studies in international business at McGill University (Canada).

 

He also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Damascus University (Syria) and has completed executive studies at Columbia University in New York, specializing in leadership and digital media techniques.
