About the event
An insightful and interactive program in collaboration with Hofstede Insights® providing perspective on Canadian culture and enabling newcomers to feel valued, leveraged, and welcomed. The curriculum includes practical knowledge about cultural integration customized to the unique needs of participants and is supported with tools that successfully build a feeling of belonging to the new culture. After completing the Cross-Cultural Training for Newcomers to Canada program, participants will become aware of the subtle and invisible differences between people of different cultures and learn how to interact effectively with them. They will discover how culture influences communication and social integration, and how personal behavior impacts the integration process in the new environment.
